POEM: Ahmed Chicago Was A Good Noble Man

Amir Ali — Quebec ( Canada ) - True friends you could count, you could count on few fingers. Ahmed Chicago was one of those. This exceptional human being had a lot of tremendous qualities: integrity, generosity, authenticity and so onIn a world lack of intelligence and humanity, he was a genius with a lot of compassion. I dedicate this following poem to Ahmed Chicago, one of my best friends of all time.

1) The circle turns, the cycle changes
2) The cycle turns, and the whole world changes
3) The season changes, life turns
) The flowers bloom, in spring abound
5) Landscapes turn green, all around
6) From home well to pasture
7) From the beginning to the end of spring
8) Herders and camels, move willingly away
9) To abundant grassland, in substantivism way
10) The season changes, leaves start to fall
11) From pasture-ground to home well flock
12) From the beginning to the end of fall
13) Herders and camels return willingly
14) To abundant water for needed drink
15) The season changes, life goes on
16) A new day rises, babies are born
17) Elders make unanimous decisions
18) For better futures for the next generation
19) Younger grow older, a new day rises
20) Women go to heaven, a new age rises
21) Paradise hosts men, a new time rises
22) Nature is linked with ending and change
23) But, I never thought at all
24) Ahmed Chicago would leave us so soon
25) Ahmed Chicago was a good noble man
26) From a good and noble family
27) Rivers flow with peaceful motion
28) In countryside’s soul emotion
29) Till facing delta’s alluvial alteration
30) And joining finally, the blue ocean
31) To form great clouds heavy with rain
32) The circle turns, again and again
33) The cycle changes, again and again34) The season changes, again and again
35) Life turns round, again and again
36) Nature is linked with ending and change
37) But, I never thought at all
38) Ahmed Chicago would leave us so soon
39) Ahmed Chicago was a good noble man
40) From a good and noble family41) The circle turns, knowledge changes
42) From synchronic to diachronic perspective
43) The whole world changes of perspective
44) The cycle turns, paradigms change
45) From structural determinism to agency
46) Concepts change too, necessarily
47) A context changes, a world is over
48) Let down by all his followers
49) The prince of yesterday becomes a prisoner
50) And people win finally their causes
51) Till another prince come with new cause
52) The context changes with so many causes
53) Quintain, quatrain and mixed style
54) From classical poetry to free style
55) The world of writing changes its style
56) The nature is linked with ending
57) And the world is based on change
58) But, I never thought at all
59) Ahmed Chicago would leave us so soon
60) Ahmed Chicago was a good noble man
61) From a good and noble family
